Will my existing data be safe during migration?

Can you migrate data from older versions of Tally?
Yes. We migrate from Tally 9, Tally.ERP 9 (any release), earlier TallyPrime versions, and even from other accounting software packages. During the free audit, we confirm the source version and any prerequisites before quoting.
How long does the migration take?
Most standard migrations complete within a few hours. Timing depends on database size, number of companies, complexity of masters, and whether it's a same-version upgrade or a cross-software migration. We share a firm timeline during the pre-migration audit.
Will my GST and inventory data be migrated?
Yes. Everything migrates — GST records with statutory history, inventory masters and stock balances, accounting vouchers, payroll data, cost centres, and financial reports. Each category is verified against the source database before go-live.
Do you provide support after migration?
Every migration includes 30 days of post-migration support — on-call assistance, verification of edge-case transactions, and user training. As a Certified Tally Partner, we can also continue as your ongoing Tally support partner beyond that window.
Can the migration be done remotely?
Yes. Most migrations are done remotely with secure screen-share access. For clients in Bangalore or when a large multi-location setup requires it, we also offer on-site migration at your office.
