Annual Maintenance Contract for Uninterrupted Tally Operations
Whether you have just begun using Tally or it's been years, our team with high expertise in Tally is always available to support your query and doubts, so for the continuity of your business support system you have to start / renew your Tally AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
By renewing your Tally AMC you can continue using our uninterrupted support system with the phone, email, chat, and remote support. Not only this — renewing your Tally Annual Cover contract properly from time to time makes you our valuable customer with special privileges.
What you need is a Tally professional who can understand your requirement and offer an immediate resolution. That's why people come to us when it matters the most.
Tally Computers will provide three basic levels of AMC and clients may choose any one. An enterprise client may switch from Basic to Premium or Enterprise based on evolving business needs. Our team ensures zero disruption to your daily operations throughout the contract period.
What Includes under AMC:
a) Training, Implementation & Maintenance on advance features & functionalities of Tally Software (Default Tally).
- GST (GST records & returns)
- TDS (Auto calculation of TDS)
- Payroll
- Advanced Inventory (Item Category, Cost Centre etc.)
- Banking Module (Bank Reconciliation, PDC, Cheque Printing etc.)
- Much more
b) Synchronization — To ensure data synchronization between head office and branches.
c) Configuration of Tally/ERP and changes from time to time.
d) Business Advisory Services — To provide suggestions as per best practice adopted by good companies.
e) To provide support to the users for issues or errors in Tally/ERP.
f) Re-Installation / Re-Activation of Tally Software (Current Used Version and Release).
g) To provide support on customization solutions which are delivered / developed by SAL.
AMC Plan Types
Tally Computers provides three levels of AMC. Clients may choose any one and enterprise clients may switch from Basic to Premium or Enterprise.
Remote Support
Tally Computers will provide remote support to the client in working hours at 9:00am to 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday. SAL will not be able to provide support on any Sunday as well as Gazetted holidays. The following methodology will be used for remote support:

- Remote access support (Team Viewer, Any desk etc.)

- Priority remote response during business hours
- Software re-installation support
- GST, TDS, Payroll query handling
- Tally configuration updates
On-Site Support
- Tally Computers Functional Consultant visits your office four days per month (excluding weekly offs & client holidays) — you will receive official training.
- Tally Computers Expert Manager – Enterprise Solutions visits your office for two half-days per month (2 hours per visit) — covers all doubts and handles software configuration wherever required.
Remote Support
Working hours 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Not available on Sundays and Gazetted holidays.

On-Site Support
- Tally Computers Functional Consultant visits your office full time for the entire month (excluding weekly offs & client holidays) — handles daily training and reports to the client's project coordinator.
- Tally Computers Expert Manager – Enterprise Solutions visits your office for four half-days per month (2 hours per slot) — reviews all doubts and performs software configuration wherever required.
- Tally Computers Project Head visits your office once per month for project review meetings.
Remote Support
Working hours 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Not available on Sundays and Gazetted holidays.
