Yes. All connections are SSL-encrypted. Only your authorized users can log in. Servers are hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with firewalls and intrusion detection. Daily automated backups mean your data is always recoverable. We take security as seriously as you do.
No. The Tally on Cloud plans include the TallyPrime license — Silver for 1–2 user plans and Gold for the 4-user plan. You pay one annual fee and everything is included: the cloud server, the Tally license, updates, and support.
You can access your cloud Tally from any Windows laptop or desktop using Remote Desktop Connection (built into Windows). Mac users can use the free Microsoft Remote Desktop app. Some plans also support browser-based access. An internet connection of at least 2 Mbps is recommended.
Tally on Cloud requires an active internet connection to access. If your internet is down, you temporarily cannot access the cloud server. We recommend a backup internet connection (mobile hotspot) for critical work. Our cloud servers maintain 99.9% uptime independently of your local internet.
